PlanckVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service designed to enhance online privacy and security by encrypting internet traffic and routing it through remote servers. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You must be legally permitted to use VPN services in your jurisdiction to use PlanckVPN. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You agree to use PlanckVPN responsibly and not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Activities that violate laws or regulations
• Infringing intellectual property or other rights
• Distributing malware or harmful content
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure

PlanckVPN does not monitor or inspect VPN traffic or user activity. However, PlanckVPN reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service if misuse is identified through non-content-based technical safeguards or if required by law.

PlanckVPN is designed to operate without logging or storing VPN activity, browsing history, traffic content, IP addresses, DNS queries, or connection timestamps. Details about data handling are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

PlanckVPN may rely on trusted third-party infrastructure providers, such as hosting or network providers, to operate VPN servers and deliver network connectivity. These providers do not receive access to user browsing activity, VPN traffic, or connection details. PlanckVPN is not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content accessed through the Service.

If the Service includes paid features or subscriptions, purchases and billing are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. PlanckVPN does not process or store payment information.

PlanckVPN strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. PlanckVPN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanckVPN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, or suitability. The Service does not guarantee complete security or privacy protection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanckVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

PlanckVPN may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if required by applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App.

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or operational practices. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which PlanckVPN operates.
